Chicchan takes its name from the Maya deity of the Heavenly Serpent - a symbol of vision, divinity, and the link between humans and higher forces. In Maya tradition, serpent energy represents intuition, transformation, and the powerful flow between the earthly and the divine.

Our Chicchan belt reflects that spirit through its vibrant palette of green, orange, purple, yellow, and white - colors inspired by movement, renewal, and the dynamic energy the serpent embodies. Each thread honors the artistry of the hands that bring this story to life.

The textile is handwoven on a traditional Guatemalan backstrap loom and paired with premium vegetable-tanned leather, finished with a hand-laced edge.
